Welcome to Craft and Co DTF Printing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Information

All products are custom-made to order. By submitting your design files and completing payment, you acknowledge that your order will be printed according to the specifications you provide.

2. File Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for the artwork and files uploaded.

  • We do not edit, resize, or correct files unless otherwise specified.

  • Please ensure your file is the correct size, resolution, and format before submitting.

  • We recommend uploading high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds for the best results.

3. No Refunds, Returns, or Reprints

Due to the custom nature of DTF printing:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds or returns will be issued for:

    • Incorrect file uploads (low resolution, wrong size, wrong format, etc.)

    • Design errors or misspellings in submitted artwork

    • Color variations due to screen display differences

  • Reprints will only be issued if the error is determined to be on our end (e.g., incorrect product, missing items, or print defects unrelated to the uploaded file).

4. Sizing and Placement

  • All prints are produced based on the dimensions selected during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect selections or design proportions provided by the customer.

  • Always confirm the print size matches your intended garment placement before uploading.

    5. Intellectual Property

    By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal rights or permission to reproduce the design. Craft and Co is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations arising from customer-submitted artwork.

    6. Liability

    Our liability is limited to the cost of the order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or printing errors outside of our control.

    7. Agreement

    By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
