At Craft and Co DTF Printing, every item is custom-made to order using your uploaded artwork. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders once printing has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect file uploads or artwork errors

  • Sizing or dimension issues caused by incorrect selections

  • Color variations between digital screens and printed output

  • Design placement dissatisfaction based on submitted files

2. Customer File Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • Files are uploaded at the correct size and format (recommended: high-resolution PNG with transparent background).

  • Artwork is correctly proportioned and oriented.

  • The design meets their expectations before ordering.

We do not alter, edit, or adjust artwork unless specifically requested in writing and confirmed before production.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring every print meets our quality standards.
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect unrelated to your file, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged or defective item

  • The packaging and shipping label

If the issue is determined to be our fault, we will gladly issue a reprint or store credit at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Lost Packages

Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before printing begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
